It's that time! Venture to Tiger Country for a fall preview unlike any other. Participants will join the Jackson State University family for a fun-filled and action-packed day on the beautiful campus of Mississippi's Urban University!
Jackson State University’s Annual High School/Community College Day event is scheduled for Saturday, November 2, 2019 . This event will give high school and community college students, as well as, family and alumni the opportunity to preview what Jackson State has to offer. Come learn more about how you can become a part of the JSU Family.
Attendees will enjoy performances by the Sonic Boom of the South, JSU Cheerleaders, Prancing J-Settes and JSU Greeks. Participants will also have the opportunity to meet and speak with department representatives at the “Informational Fair”. Doors will open at 6:45 a.m. Festivities will take place beginning with campus tours from 7:00 a.m. – 9:00 a.m. starting from and ending at the Lee E. Williams Athletics Assembly Center. The program will begin at 9:30 a.m. and will conclude no later than 12:00 p.m. Later, you will have the chance to witness a battle on the gridiron between the Jackson State University Tigers and University Arkansas of Pine Bluff at the Veterans Memorial Stadium.

Chapter members and school officials may volunteer to chaperon . Payment is required and must attend mandatory meeting, chaperon will be assigned students and remain with HSD Team and assigned students the entire trip.
High School Day Event, football game , socializing and networking overnight stay.
Casual - respectively appropriate.
Metro Atlanta Chapter will have two mandatory meetings for the parents and students to discuss the agenda, rules and guidelines.

Please enter the main building Sanctuary area (large parking lot) through the back double door and go left or right and then down the set of stairs. At the end of the stairs follow the hallway around to the large room in the center (Cornerstone Room).
