President’s Message

Greetings Jacksonians and supporters of Jackson State University,

First, I want to thank the alumni members for their support and confidence in me leading this great chapter. I’m ecstatic about the opportunity to serve as the current President of JSUNAA Metro-Atlanta Chapter, Inc. for the 2023 to 2025 term. I take this role very seriously because of the love and passion I have for our Alma Mater, Jackson State University. My vision for the Chapter is to be progressive, innovative, and inclusive of all alumni; from recent graduates to the most “seasoned” alumni. Creating an environment where each member’s voice is important, heard, and valued.

We have already hit the ground running to accomplish the goals and carry out the vision set forth by my election platform:

· Establish Corporate Partnerships 

· Strategic Student Recruitment Events

· Increase Fundraising Efforts

· Sustain Alumni Memberships

· Enhance Public Relations and Communications

Together, as a collective, we can accomplish and exceed these goals. Please be intentional in becoming an active alumnus; renew if you are a previous member and if you are already active, please encourage other alumni to join. Dues are $85 ($50 National and $35 Local) paid via the JSUNAA Membership platform www.jsunaa.org 

Metro-Atlanta Chapter continues to be one of the premiere chapters of Jackson State University National Alumni Association. We can continue carrying this torch with your involvement and support.

Let’s continue the work to elevate Jackson State University and serve with a sense of purpose.
